FAQ
Common questions
What happens if we go over our monthly load volume?
Core is metered to 500 loads/mo. Overage is billed per load at the rate in your order form, or we can move you onto an Enterprise agreement before the next cycle — whichever your team prefers.
How long does implementation take?
Most Core deployments go live in 2–3 weeks. Enterprise rollouts, with SSO and multiple workflows, typically run 4–6 weeks. Your implementation lead sets a firm date after the kickoff call.
Which TMS platforms do you support?
Standard connectors cover the major TMS platforms used by brokers and 3PLs. If yours isn't on the list, our integration team scopes a custom connection during onboarding.
How is our data handled?
Koron is SOC 2 Type II audited. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and Enterprise plans can specify a data residency region.
Do you offer a pilot?
Yes. Core plans include a 30-day pilot against a live lane before you sign a full term, with a shared exit criteria set upfront.
